Trachypogon vestitus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Honduras hingga Brazil. Nama ilmiah Trachypogon vestitus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nils Johan Andersson pada tahun 1857.
