Tradescantia burchii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Commelinaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko (Jalisco). Nama ilmiah Tradescantia burchii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama David Richard Hunt pada tahun 1979.
