Tragopogon alaicus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Asia tengah. Nama ilmiah Tragopogon alaicus diperkenalkan oleh Sergei Alekseevich Nikitin pada tahun 1938.
