Tragopogon elatior merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Ukraina, Krym. Nama ilmiah Tragopogon elatior diperkenalkan oleh Christian von Steven pada tahun 1856.
