Tragopogon reticulatus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye hingga Iran barat laut. Nama ilmiah Tragopogon reticulatus diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1856.
