Tragopogon ruber adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Eropa selatanan Rusia hingga Mongolia dan Kaukasia. Nama ilmiah Tragopogon ruber diperkenalkan oleh Samuel Gottlieb Gmelin pada tahun 1774.
