Tricalysia ignota merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di kawasan tropis Afrika bagian selatan. Nama ilmiah Tricalysia ignota pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Diane Mary Bridson pada tahun 2003.
