Trichilia cipo merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Meliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Trichilia cipo pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Adrien-Henri de Jussieu pada tahun 1878.
