Trichodesma inaequale merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering. Nama ilmiah Trichodesma inaequale diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Michael Pakenham Edgeworth pada tahun 1853.
