Trichosalpinx hypocrita adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kolombia timur laut hingga Venezuela barat laut. Nama ilmiah Trichosalpinx hypocrita pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Leslie Andrew Garay pada tahun 1983.
