Trichosanthes hylonoma merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Cucurbitaceae (suku labu-labuan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Guangxi timur laut, Guizhou tenggara, Hunan selatan). Nama ilmiah Trichosanthes hylonoma pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Raphael Eduard Handel-Mazzetti pada tahun 1936.
