Tricyrtis hirta merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Liliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Jepang tengah dan selatan. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan toadlily. Nama ilmiah Tricyrtis hirta diperkenalkan oleh Carl Peter Thunberg pada tahun 1863.
