Triglochin hexagona merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Juncaginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia. Nama ilmiah Triglochin hexagona pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John McConnell Black pada tahun 1925.
