Trigonella glabra subsp. uncata merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mediterania timur hingga anak benua India. Nama ilmiah Trigonella glabra subsp. uncata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1987.
