Trillium angustipetalum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Melanthiaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California tengah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan narrowpetal wakerobin. Nama ilmiah Trillium angustipetalum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Torrey pada tahun 1975.
