Triplaris poeppigiana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Peru hingga Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Triplaris poeppigiana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hugh Algernon Weddell pada tahun 1849.
