Triplophyllum protensum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polypodiaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika bagian barat hingga Uganda. Nama ilmiah Triplophyllum protensum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Adam Afzelius pada tahun 1986.
