Trithuria cookeana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydatellaceae yang hidup semusim. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Northern Territory. Nama ilmiah Trithuria cookeana pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2008.
