Trixis chiapensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Chiapas) hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Trixis chiapensis pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 1971.
