Trixis verbascifolia subsp. gigas adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Brazil tenggara. Nama ilmiah Trixis verbascifolia subsp. gigas pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Wawra von Fernsee pada tahun 1996.
