Tromlyca locellata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kolombia (Cundinamarca, Meta). Nama ilmiah Tromlyca locellata pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Charlotte Morley Taylor pada tahun 2017.
