Trozelia grandiflora merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Solanaceae (suku terong-terongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ekuador hingga Peru. Nama ilmiah Trozelia grandiflora diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Bentham pada tahun 2018.
