Turraea virens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Meliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Komoro, Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Turraea virens pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carolus Linnaeus dalam Species Plantarum tahun 1771.
