Typha × gezei merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Typhaceae yang dapat tumbuh di media yang tergenang air (helofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Eurasia beriklim sedang. Nama ilmiah Typha × gezei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Werner Hugo Paul Rothmaler pada tahun 1940.
