Ulex jussiaei merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Portugal tengah. Nama ilmiah Ulex jussiaei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Philip Barker Webb pada tahun 1852.
