CALIFORNIA LAUREL Umbellulariacalifornica (Hook. & Arn.) Nutt.
Umbellularia californica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Lauraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Oregon barat daya hingga Meksiko (Baja California bagian utara). Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan california laurel. Nama ilmiah Umbellularia californica pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis William Jackson Hooker pada tahun 1842.
