Urera baccifera adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko hingga kawasan tropis Amerika. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan scratchbush. Nama ilmiah Urera baccifera diperkenalkan oleh Charles Gaudichaud-Beaupré pada tahun 1852.
