Urochloa chusqueoides adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia, Afrika Selatan, hingga Jazirah Arab barat daya. Nama ilmiah Urochloa chusqueoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Eduard Hackel pada tahun 2020.
