Urochloa foliosa merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Australia utara dan timur. Nama ilmiah Urochloa foliosa diperkenalkan oleh Robert Brown pada tahun 1987.
