Urophyllum macrophyllum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Semenanjung Thailand hingga kawasan Malesia. Nama ilmiah Urophyllum macrophyllum diperkenalkan oleh Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1851.
