Urtica dioica var. sarmatica merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Jerman timur hingga Ukraina barat. Nama ilmiah Urtica dioica var. sarmatica diperkenalkan oleh Hugo Zapałowicz pada tahun 1908.
