Urtica neubaueri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim atau dwimusim dari famili Urticaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Afghanistan timur. Nama ilmiah Urtica neubaueri diperkenalkan oleh Jindřich Chrtek pada tahun 1974.
