Utricularia chiakiana merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela utara. Nama ilmiah Utricularia chiakiana diperkenalkan oleh Sadashi Komiya pada tahun 1997.
