Utricularia macrocheilos merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel pada permukaan bebatuan (litofit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guinea hingga Sierra Leone, Kamerun. Nama ilmiah Utricularia macrocheilos diperkenalkan oleh Peter Geoffrey Taylor pada tahun 1986.
