Utricularia parthenopipes adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Bahia). Nama ilmiah Utricularia parthenopipes diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Peter Geoffrey Taylor pada tahun 1986.
