Utricularia tortilis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Lentibulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari kawasan tropis Afrika hingga Botswana utara. Nama ilmiah Utricularia tortilis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Friedrich Welwitsch pada tahun 1865.
