Uvaria pandensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Annonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Tanzania. Nama ilmiah Uvaria pandensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bernard Verdcourt pada tahun 1988.
