Vaccinium cereum subsp. cheesemanii merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Ericaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Cook (Rarotonga). Nama ilmiah Vaccinium cereum subsp. cheesemanii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Johan Fredrik Skottsberg pada tahun 1933.
