Vachellia seyal adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Sahara, Eritrea, Zambia, hingga Jazirah Arab. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan white whistling thorn. Nama ilmiah Vachellia seyal pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alire Raffeneau Delile pada tahun 2008.
