Valeriana decussata subsp. polemonioides merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Caprifoliaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Ekuador. Nama ilmiah Valeriana decussata subsp. polemonioides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Sigismund Kunth pada tahun 1989.
