Vallisneria erecta merupakan tumbuhan air (hidrofit) dari famili Hydrocharitaceae yang hidup menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Queensland timur laut. Nama ilmiah Vallisneria erecta pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Surrey Wilfrid Laurance Jacobs pada tahun 2008.
