Varronia acunae merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kuba (Sierra de Moa). Nama ilmiah Varronia acunae pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Harold Norman Moldenke pada tahun 1946.
