Vellozia macedonis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Velloziaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (Minas Gerais). Nama ilmiah Vellozia macedonis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Everard Woodson pada tahun 1950.
