Verbascum calvum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Scrophulariaceae yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye timur. Nama ilmiah Verbascum calvum diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1879.
