Verbascum cylleneum merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Kreece selatan (Killini Oros). Nama ilmiah Verbascum cylleneum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1891.
