Verbascum hypoleucum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Scrophulariaceae yang memiliki siklus hidup dua musim (biennial). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Yunani selatan (Gn. Killini). Nama ilmiah Verbascum hypoleucum diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1856.
