Verbascum lychnitis subsp. moenchii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Scrophulariaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Eropa. Nama ilmiah Verbascum lychnitis subsp. moenchii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich Schultz pada tahun 1978.
