Verbesina oxylepis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Meksiko barat daya (hingga Zacatecas). Nama ilmiah Verbesina oxylepis diperkenalkan oleh Sidney Fay Blake pada tahun 1924.
