Verbesina rugosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Paraguay timur laut. Nama ilmiah Verbesina rugosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Hippolyte Chodat pada tahun 1902.
