Vernonanthura discolor adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil. Nama ilmiah Vernonanthura discolor pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Curt Polycarp Joachim Sprengel pada tahun 1992.
